Well-equipped and a nice size unit with a cosy decor. Very good breakfast — a good choice of meals.

It was perfectly pleasant time in York. The location was perfect for York, very close to other attractions, York centre and Ring Road and a nice park. Also, the hotel was 20 minutes walk from York Guildhall.

The breakfast at Jamie's Italian was delicious and the food was excellent.

Hotel staff really friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them, excellent choice for breakfast which was presented/cooked to high standard. Hotel within walking distance of York but felt like it was in a rural location, would highly recommend.

Lovely young man greeted us, couldn't have been more courteous, polite and helpful. Downstairs was well laid out and presented but bedrooms could do with an update in terms of decor and bedding. But other than that a lovely stay. Great breakfast after a night on the tiles. Would come again, great location. Thanks.

The property's location was great and brilliant, on the outskirts of town. It was also really close to the park, and the city centre. I appreciated the delicious food they offered.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little rude.

Although we only stayed for one night, the staff were really friendly as they helped us find a taxi service and accomodated our breakfast needs. The room was basic but enough for a short stay and was comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was well laid out and enough choices for anyone staying, the staff even made up breakfasts that weren't on the menu to accomodate vistors. Would stay again for sure.

I had a great stay, the location by the river was fantastic and it was so convenient being close to the city center, restaurants, shops, and the outskirts of town!

The room was relaxing and tidy, and the place itself was pleasant. The staff were excellent and efficient, providing a lot of information. The location was unbeatable, just off a nice garden, with easy access to public transport into the city centre.
